KABLITZ designs and delivers mainly energy centres for the combustion of solid fuels "bio mass" including fuel conveying and feeding systems, grates, combustion chambers, removal and cleaning systems and boilers. Heart of the plants which may have a total height of up to 30 m, are the KABLITZ grates.
These grates enable yielding of almost all combustible waste and fuels with low calorific values. Even environmentally polluting noxious matters are hardly found in the ashes.
These plants are mainly used in the chipboard industry. Those plants produce a huge accummulation of waste wood and have a high need of energy at the same time. KABLITZ plants are in operation world-wide: Europe, Asia, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand.
The new applications in the combined heat and power generation by thermal yield of biomass are therefore an "old" application area for KABLITZ.
In 1901 the company was founded by Richard Kablitz. Already at that time grates and heat exchangers have been manufactured. Until today the economic recovery of residual heat in gaseous media is the main use of the cast iron gilled plate heat exchanger.
Since this innovative invention more than 100 years ago, KABLITZ has been rebuilt in Lauda in the 1950īs, leading in developing and manufacturing of heat exchangers and grates.
The experiences of the past decades are continuously balanced with the latest trends. A highly qualified team of engineers and foremen takes care of the continuous development of our products.
The sum of all experiences combined with a high quality standard according DIN ISO 9001 warrants a sovereign technical and economical concept for the recovery of heat energy respectively the environment saving and economical generation of energy.
Due to the continuous adjusting of our engineering we have a significant lead in know-how compared to our competitors. Apart from the pure thermotechnology we see ourselves also as service partner for our customers. In case of emergency KABLITZ is prepared to have its specialists present on site along with spare parts, produced in our own factory, within a few hours.
