Heat Exchangers
Effective heat exchange between gaseous media means better utilization of heat energy. This problem is getting more and more to a critical factor of costs. Here Kablitz heat exchangers offer the optimal solution.
Kablitz-Heat-Exchangers are constructed for the application in gaseous media and reach the optimal action at an access temperature of the hot fluid at 720°C (1328°F) and an exit temperature of the cold fluid at 480°C (896°F).
Cast Iron Gilled Heat Exchangers
The Kablitz-Cast-Iron-Gilled-Heat-Exchangers is used until 720°C (1328°F) of the hot fluid and 480°C (896°F) of the cold fluid. The iron boards are casted according to DIN EN 1561.
Because of the long experience in the sector of heat energy we developed special types of cast iron gilled boards with adjusted dimensions, partitions, heights, thicknesses and additional elements for other alloys. Due to this experience we're now capable to design exactly the heat exchanger demanded by our clients. Of course it is possible to consider all criteria like combustible, dust concentration and dew point.
Glass Tube Heat Exchanger
The Kablitz-Glass-Tube-Heat-Exchanger finds his usage at temperatures until 260°C of the hot fluid because of the PTFE-coating and the gasket rings. The tubes are made of BOROSILIKAT-glass which is resistant against acids contained in the hot gas.
To reach a high efficiency of the plant, the Kablitz-Glass-Tube-Heat-Exchanger is used in combination with the cast iron gilled heat exchanger.
The most important element of the construction is the connection between the glass tubes and the steal tube boards. The PTFE-gasket which is proven in tests and operation delivers the best solution for this application.
The cold gas is led through the tubes while the hot media flows around them. The margin also is protected against corrosion with foil of PTFE.
